Cornish Tipis
We’re getting married in Trelil in North Cornwall, near Port Isaac, in a secluded natural haven.
Once an old slate mine, Tregildrans Quarry is now a secluded, magical woodland site set over 20 acres, complete with a spring-fed groundwater lake (which used to be the mine itself). You can even stay here in our own private wedding tipi field - click ' where to stay' for all the details!

You’re in luck - we’re getting married in the most beautiful part of the UK!
North Cornwall is a place close to our hearts. We’ve enjoyed annual holidays here since 2017, and Jim’s family have been holidaying here every year since the late 50’s! We know it’s a long way to travel for some of you, so we encourage you to make a weekend/week out of it and carry on the festivities with us throughout your stay.
Our chosen wedding venue, Cornish Tipis, has been left in peace for almost 30 years, which has encouraged populations of small mammals, butterflies, and birds to thrive here alongside the beautiful wildflowers and ferns. It's also fully licensed as a wedding venue, and we will be legally married here on the day of our wedding (yay!)
